Melissa Gregory
Melissa Gregory founded Automation Bird Dog to help growing businesses improve processes, organize knowledge and implement automation solutions that support long-term growth. With a degree in engineering and postgraduate certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Executive Leadership and Digital Transformation, Melissa brings more than 20 years of experience leading operational improvement initiatives across manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, production planning, quality and sales operations.
Throughout her career, she has seen firsthand how disconnected processes, siloed knowledge and underutilized technology can limit growth. That’s why she founded Automation Bird Dog: to help organizations build practical systems, stronger teams and lasting capability.
When she’s not helping clients simplify operations and scale smarter, you’ll find her in Door County, Wisconsin, gardening, kayaking, hiking or spending time outdoors with her family and their springer spaniel, Bea.
